This was one of three options on a UAEX dinner flight from IAH-GRR on 1/21. Other options were the charcuterie box and chese box. Glad they brought back the fresh salads on these planes. First time seeing bread in a paper package. The chocolate dessert is so much nicer than the nasty pudding.

I'm totally happy with this meal when flying on Express.
