I'm flying PBI-CLT-MSY, and there of course non-stops from MIA. However, EXP desk says they can't move me to MIA, as the winter storm waiver doesn't allow you to change your origin city. That seems shortsighted to me when my connection point (CLT) is definitely going to be shut down.
I’d HUCA as they should let you do that. I’d keep calling until you found someone to rebook it the way you want.
