Kinda surprised to see this still be an issue 8 years later.

Changed a flight the day of a couple weeks back. Never got an email confirmation of the change or a receipt for the cost of the change. And now I've gotta call in to get the receipt? I guess United's IT had me spoiled for flight changes.
