What do you expect will happen to long haul flights into and out of Atlanta on Sunday? Are they prioritized over short haul, so still likely to operate?

As everyone is moving their bookings I am getting a decent price from Delta for Europe to South America (via Atlanta), and very tempted. Trying to work out if booking these would be a good idea or guaranteed disaster.
