If so, it's a ZOO. All streets from to Hannover are super congested.

If you are not during CEBIT, it's still is about 3 hours from HAM to Braunschweig on Autobahn... HAM is North of Hamburg, you have to pass Elb-Tunnel with heavy traffic.
BTW, Hamburg is very nice. Braunschweig and Hannover are O.K.
