Follow-up on using an MCGC for tax payments at ACI: even lower amounts were denied for "Security Policy" (I even tried this ZIP code trick), but at least they didn't brick the card.

I'm assuming this policy applies to all cards serviced by InComm. They were already known to be problematic to use for federal tax payments.
