I just realised that there is a Centurion Lounge at Haneda T3. I guess this was a recent addition. Anyone have feedback?

I will be flying from Haneda to Hongqiao on 30 January. Will try to pop into the Centurion Lounge to take a look. It only opens from 8:00am, but my flight departs at 9:10am.
