I haven't visit there but i asked someone who recommended me the below list which i was mentioning here. from here you can access of trains are easy.
1. Hoboken — my top pick for most visitors
2. Downtown Jersey City (Exchange Place / Grove St)
3. Secaucus / Meadowlands area
4. Newark Penn / Ironbound
5. Weehawken / West New York / Edgewater
