Hello All

Recently flew MAN-CMN-RAK. CMN was a tight connection, just 1hr 15 which we ended up missing because the flight took off late from Manchester. No official reason was given for the delayed flight but we boarded on time and then it seems they were loading the hold for ages before we actually took off.

I've searched but can't find any experiences positive or negative on how well RAM perform on paying up EU/UK261. We've submitted our claims and got acknowledgement of an email within a day but then nothing now for 3 weeks (which is still early days for most airlines). Any data points would be appreciated.
