Programs: I have a frequent flyer account with pretty much any airline to exist. Usually use AA and OW.

The saga gets more interesting. New ticket issued but has no PNR so now AA and QR are fighting trying to link it... At least they know what the issue is though. QR helpdesk was far far more helpful despite not actually issuing the ticket.
