XN is Economy Saver award. 20 implies that you would have been waitlisted for RN -- Premium Plus -- so the PZ value was meaningless.
Thanks for the correction on the ZN fare bucket.

I purchased Premium Plus and was waitlisted for Polaris. The first agent seemed to think the HKG-BKK upgrade was a regional upgrade similar to a US domestic upgrade, which should have been 20 PlusPoints. This sounded plausible at the time. Given that neither agent, nor I, seemed able to make heads or tails of this upgrade request, it was probably best to cancel it and use the PZ bucket that was available online.
