No minimum, I have done it twice, one time just my wife and I, and the other time was 4 of us total. It could be hard to book because basically theres only one table for the night. Just let your concierge know when you arrive. It's like 400-500++ pp but to me it's so worth it comparing to the set menu from Zuma or even Terra.
