Has anyone successfully used an InComm MCGC to make income tax payments at ACI or Pay1040? I tried recently and the card got declined and frozen for "Security Policy". I called and the agent said they don't allow transactions at that "merchant", which seems crazy since it's a well-known site for tax payments, and now I'm wondering if the real issue was that I tried to use the full $500 right after activating it, which earlier posts say is a known issue. I'll likely try again with a lesser amount, but would rather avoid having to be sent yet another card if someone knows that it won't work.
