I am currently flying N407SY on PDX-SJC, can confirm Starlink is operational on this bird. I've updated the wiki accordingly.

As a datapoint for others, there seems to be no way to access Alaska provided in-flight streaming. The only wifi network available is "Free Starlink WiFi on Alaska," which does not host the entertainment options. Manually attempting to access alaskawifi.com redirecta to the generic Alaska website page about in-flight wifi and entertainment options.
