I’ve noticed that airlines take very different approaches to how Business Class and Premium Economy share common spaces like lavatories and galleys. In my view, Qantas handles this particularly well by allowing Premium Economy passengers on the Boeing 787-9 to use the same lavatories and galley located between doors 2L and 2R. Delta could easily adopt a similar solution by installing a simple curtain across the galley, giving Premium Economy passengers access to those lavatories while still allowing Business Class passengers to use them when needed.
