LAX-SFO is down to 4 times per day on Tuesday and Wednesday in January. And they serve this route with 76-seater. It is rendering flexibility via same day change/standby useless. Can’t same day change as there is no availability. Went to the airport to talk to the agent to put me on standby list. The agent couldn’t do it as the flight is oversold.
Looks like the 4x daily Tue/Wed/Sat is temporary through Feb 11, then back to 5x daily (and 7x or 8x all other days). That's a lot more than what AA and WN offer (3x or 4x daily each).
