Or do I need to do 96 hrs prior to each flight?? Also, is 96 hrs only for PPS or all passengers? Otherwise 48 hrs for non-PPS??

96 hours for each individual flight - so you will have to wait to do the SIN/SFO sector. Seats will open up for everyone at T-96, though they may not let you book a bassinet seat even though it is showing available (HUCA might work here).
