The best part was the Potato and tomatoes that went with it- it had a roasted home fries feel which sounds odd but ended up being perfect. When I fly next month and its on the menu, will def repeat. That looks great... I am flying JFK-PHX next month (hopefully on AA) and will definitely go for that if given the option. Just flew JFK-PHX on JetBlue in Mint and the food was fine; the best part was the smoked salmon, which I could have had (and just as good quality but with better sides) in the Admirals Club.
