This is my second year staying at this hotel and I personally think this is the best use of Hyatt Points in Bangkok.
  • The GM, Sammy, is extremely kind and has been with the hotel since the start. He makes sure to talk to all guests when you see him and is willing to offer anything you may need or want. It's very clear he takes a lot of pride in his work and loves what he does.
  • Directly connected to Nana BTS station. Easily access the BKK or DMK (with some planning), the river, or other parts of the metropolitan area.
  • Main Buffet Breakfast has a wide variety and is delicious
  • Regency Club has great views. The "hors d'oeuvre" can serve as your dinner given the offerings. Usually rice, pasta, 1-2 proteins, salads, and some sweets. Try to get seating outside if you can. Pollution sucks but views are worth it.
Some people complain about the area being "unsavory" at night... Who... cares? Would you rather stay at the GH/PH and be surrounded by the lifeless luxury malls?
