Thank you for posting. Because my results have been bupkis for the past 2-3 years, I had mostly given up on checking these offers. Checked after reading your post. Got the exact same offer on a sock-drawered UA Club card which I applied for ~6 months ago mainly for SUB and Club access, just took me 5 to 10 minutes to remember where* I hid the card .

Not my area of expertise but I believe the answer is “yes”.

(Footnote: * Years ago, a group tour operator told me about her first and only experience with a bus breakdown causing her to be late getting back to a Mediterranean cruise ship with a small group of her customers and she knew the ship would depart without them. She called her contact on the ship (group sales) and was assured that the next port was only a few hours drive away and that all of her customers passports would be with the port agent on the pier (even though the ship would be gone). She got back to the pier, collected the passports, then had the bus drive overnight to the next port, crossing 1 European border. She asked the ship’s contact how they found all the passports, contact said “that’s easy, safe or sock drawer.” I’d always been a “passport in safe” and “unused CCs in sock drawer” person, ever since hearing that story I no longer actually hide anything under my socks. Maybe under T-shirts or briefs, but not socks .)
