So, I know this is a corner case, but hopefully it will help the few of my compatriates around here. I had an issue with eVouchers crediting back to my account that took 3 calls and 1 case over 10 days, and no action. I needed the vouchers, so I planned to call the German SEN line, however:

I'm Croatian, in Croatia at the moment, and I called the Croatian Lufthansa line (072-220-220) which has a Miles and More support menu. You always get someone from Serbia, Bosnia or Croatia on that line, I guess they share the call center between the three countries, but the languages are mostly the same anyway. I think those agents actually may sit in Germany, but are of Croatian/Bosnian/Serbian origin. So, the agent was competent, understood my issue, told me exactly how he's going to resolve it, alerted ticketing, and within two hours of the call, the eVouchers were back in my account. Being able to use my mother tongue in the interaction was a plus

I wouldn't even think to try that unless I saw the local contact number when I went to Contact page on the M&M Website with a Croatian IP address So, at least their website is good for something!
