Hi,
You keep the points if you stay at the same level but they reset to zero at the end of your current year. If you step up a level then you lose the points and restart a new year on upgrade day. This is a particular problem if you qualify for the uplift of card on a First long haul sector when you only needed 10 points.
All you need to do now is a few Bahrain-Doha shuttles and you will be Gold.
