As JAXPax pointed out, simply not true. WN most certainly captures a ton of business travel on its short haul flights. On a flight of an hour or less, no meals and no assigned seating are no big deal. Reliable, dependable transportation on a full size jet with reasonable fares, including full fares, and a good frequent flier program that heavily favors short haul flying are important, and WN delivers strongly in those areas.
