Comes and goes but, I've noticed the Z/I fares have been creeping up in price the past 1/2 year+ with no real sales (I keep an eye out as these NONREF fares usually allow flight changes which can generate a credit). Looking at the history from tickets purchased in the latter half of 2023, and again in 2024, and spring 2025, the same-ish itineraries have gone up close to CAD 1K. Cabins are not as empty as one would expect with months to go.
I’ve also noticed fares continuing to go up. After the thick of Covid, I could still find good prices in 2022 and 2023 in business, flying for personal reasons so having to be price conscious. But ever since then… it’s been pretty much out of reach between US-Europe, as in unjustifiably expensive.
