i don’t see LHR-ORD available on ExpertFlyer but I do see LHR-DFW available on ExpertFlyer but not AA. I can tell you I’ve run into tons of issues with the AA site with awards where the site says not available but if I call in to AA it is available. Have you tried calling in to confirm?
