Finally a good (maybe great) upgrade offer. Was booked in PS SEA-TPE, and the offers for the past few weeks have been $2,000-$4,000 - so that was a no for me. This evening while sitting in a traffic jam, something nudged me to check my booking on the Delta app, and low and behold the offer was now $699. I grabbed it - considering my PS ticket was only $650. Had two windows to choose from, 6A and 8A, so I had to take one of those and hope an odd number row seat opens up later on before the flight.

I think this was a great offer, but some might consider it just OK or average. But I'm happy with the result.
