I have 2 pieces of Zero. A large 29" and the small wheeled carry-on. Both look worn since they have both been around the world a few times but as another poster said it only adds to the look. I never check soft-sided luggage. If a bag gets checked it has to be hard sided for me. THe first time I checked the carry-on I almost cried. Seeing that shiny silver bag slip away only to be returned dented and scratched was tough but now I'm used to it.

Zero is great luggage and I don't feel like I am showing off. I feel like I am protecting my belongings with some style. Also helps at baggage claim. You can see your luggage coming in the sea of black.
