Agree.

The fact that some people light up and drink up without regard for anyone else and the impact it may have on others, is what has led to the increasing focus on regulating where one can smoke and drink (and how much). The substance isn't regulated so much, it's how and where the person is using the substance that has led to the legislation. Second-hand smoke causes cancer in other people. Drinking and driving kills other people, etc. Not sure what watching porn in public does to other people, but in general, it's a selfish thing to do.

There is a growing concern around privacy largely due to the increased use of electronic devices and media software - cell phones that can take pictures in public bathrooms, locker rooms, etc. And now we have to deal with people who believe watching porn films, which run the gamut from adult porn to pre-teens being raped, on their laptops on public aircraft is perfectly fine. Sheesh.

Watch for more legislation - not of the device, but of how it is used - by the person who thinks he can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, anyplace he wants, and could care less about how it impacts others. That attitude is why society sucks.

There is a time and place for everything, especially partaking in "artificial visual sexual stimulation". Like in the privacy of your cubicle at the office!
