I booked a BAH to Bangkok (from MAN) and selected the suggested flights, which were with QR. When I imported the booking into TripIt I was alerted that the transfer time in Doha was only 45 minutes (I did not notice when I booked, just assumed BA would produce a sensible itinerary). This leaves no margin for delays and even if we arrive on time I am not confident that we (or our bags) will make it to the connecting flight via security in 45 minutes (even if we do I suspect the gate will be closed). Should the flight options have been offered to me by BA? I have just contacted BA to flag this but suspect they may just say you booked this option.
