The Japanese company Toto introduced the “washlet” in the 1980s and, being the pioneer product, this is the usual name for toilets with an incorporated bidet.

Both JAL and ANA have had washlets in their planes for over 10 years. I understand that Oman Air has also been introducing them.

Here’s the link to the Aerolopa seat map for ANA’s A380s. Lower deck is all Economy and has regular lavatories.
Upper deck is for passengers in First, Business and Premium Economy. Every single lavatory on the upper deck is a washlet.
