Hi all,

i just have a quick question about the reset of tier points.
With my last flight i have renewed the silver status and my current point balance is 445 (non UK resident). I believe that this will be reset to 0 (in a couple of days) and I will loose 45 points. I know that this has been discussed a few times...

Now i will be flying back home in 5 days and will earn another 95 points.

I am asking if there is any way to not loose 45 (or 45+95 = 140) points, and where should i ask for re-crediting these points to my account if reset? Is there any way to speed up the renewal (point reset) so that i will definietly not loosee the next 95 points within 5 days?
