In addition to looking during the booking process (just try a dummy booking), or using the app (scroll to the near the bottom "Potential flight earnings"), you can use the calculator at
airnzpoints.co.nz.
The best way is to find the specific fare class (the 'letter with the booking like W or Y or G or K ....) and use the advanced tab on the calculator then enter the route and fare class (and product for domestic - seat etc)
