I think the general expectation is that the A350-1000 will be used for NYC unless there is a huge cargo demand out of PHX due to TSMC. K Chang said for years that NYC is a priority.
As far as oneworld, I asked a JX employee and he said it is still in the works. Remember they said they hoped to apply by the end of 2025... At least they got AA and AS on their side...
