Excellent at LHR on the flight to KEF. I turned up at the gate just as they were doing pre boards and the gate agent by the 1-3 bollard thing said she was delighted to find her Group 0 and should she curtsey. All done in good humour. I was ushered through to the holding pen at the top of the stairs/escalator and then after a couple of minutes when they were ready for us to go down the other gate agent came over to me and invited me to board. It’s nice when it works well and was followed by a very good flight too.
