BA - you were a my first love in terms of FF status but I 've found there are others who love me more out there and show it, so thank you for the good times and I hope you find your level (eventually!)

Exactly the way I have felt since May when I had my final BA flights. The release was eye opening about how far BA has fallen especially since 2020. BAEC was the only reason to hang around so BA firing me as a customer was in retrospective what I needed. Flying is a lot more interesting and fun again
