I haven't had any reasons to be dissatisfied with BA crew but, then again, I don't expect or want much from the cabin crew in the first place. Keep me safe, serve food and drinks in a somewhat timely fashion without spilling it down my lap, and we're good.

The best cabin crew I ever encountered was on Gulf Air, and the worst was on BWIA - both in business class. Someone else might have had the exact opposite experience.
