Quick update. We checked in online and found out we couldn’t get the mobile boarding pass. We then arrived at the airport about 4pm and went to the SATS check in area which had no queue. The lady there was lovely, processed our two bags, sorted our boarding passes and we then went off to the Jewel for a while following which we came back to the SATS check area to be shown through to the departure area. All very smooth and quick, such a contrast from the 40 minute check in queue at Manchester two weeks earlier. Thanks for the advice.
