In the end it's kinda noise but with the seat time you need for GGL expecting a little better treatment is I think normal. GGLFL has put in the time but Prems in a lot of cases just get it due to some circumstances as a 15+ year GGL I promise a lot of spend. Club is massively variable and if they make you grumpy getting on its uphill from there on.

The Groupo 0 should be an easy thing for them to drill into the staff.
