Slightly OT, but got IB group 0 for two flights (from outstation and from MAD) and it made the BA one feel effective in comparison. Outstation: not even mentioned. From MAD: clear spot pointed at the gate… but inaccessible/not in use so asked the gate where I should wait as group 0 and they just said like anywhere and then again never called group 0 in the first place.
