I applied for an e-voucher upgrade on LX65 (MIA-ZRH) on Jan 15 from N class to business (2 vouchers). When upgrade availability looked tight, I made a Plusgrade offer for €565. Both upgrades were then confirmed on Jan 13, with the flight being booked in I class. Oh, I'm in an even better situation. My Plusgrade cleared, and eVouchers were still taken away from my account, even though the eVoucher segment was Waitlisted. I called, they cancelled the waitlisted segment... 6 days and 3 calls later, the 4 eVouchers are still not in my account. 🤦🏻♂️ The flights credited properly in the meantime, but the eVouchers are still nowhere to be seen.
