I applied for an e-voucher upgrade on LX65 (MIA-ZRH) on Jan 15 from N class to business (2 vouchers). When upgrade availability looked tight, I made a Plusgrade offer for €565. Both upgrades were then confirmed on Jan 13, with the flight being booked in I class. I called Swiss for clarification and found that two separate upgrades were in place - the agent said he had never seen such a situation before. If I had not checked, the flight would have been in I class rather than P. The e-vouchers were then returned to my account.
