The following is totally anecdotal: when I call the Premier Line, I almost always tell the system I will give feedback. I have found that when I do this, I tend to get better agents and/or agents based in the US. To test this hypothesis, a couple times I did not offer to get feedback, and the agents were not as good. Again, anecdotal.

Using the above, I just called and converted a FFC to ETC! Thank you, UA bc it was a $800+
