yes. thats like most things in the game. nothing is ever "intended" to work. but ur rite. UA is def closing exploits. so we gotta try different things.
Considering that UA tickets and ETCs are both good for a year from the time of issuance, the best exploit might be to use the ticket to go somewhere.
