It seems that bilt 2.0 is moving to ACH only (previously known as bilt protect (?)), in other words rent never hits the credit line and is instead debited from the connected bank account.
This makes me concerned that the 3x Atmos would not be supported in the future
Specifically asked and answered, as I stated. Rent on an Atmos card via Bilt portal stays for now (as do any other SUB churning methods). No changes as a result of Bilt 2.0. You get 3x Atmos and pay 3%. No mortgages.

Obviously Kerr didn't guarantee this would be forever, and as we saw with Wells Fargo Bilt isn't going to trap a partner in a relationship that isn't healthy for them financially, but I would say all of that ^^^ means that
for now it looks like you can pay rent through the Bilt portal and get 3x Atmos in exchange for 3% vigorish paid to Bilt on the rent.
I would think this isn't a huge profit suck for Bilt given that this is
Melio's and
Plastiq's business model of using credit cards to pay bills (some with lower vigs). Maybe AS gets tired of dishing out extra miles or something- United also has a
deal with Bilt for 2x so a Bilt relationship with an airline transfer partner that gives extra miles for rent payments isn't unprecedented.
