Does anyone know why there historically hasn’t been priority immigration for F and J pax at Haneda? It’s a question that’s come to my mind after missing 3/3 of international to domestic connections due to a 1.5 hour long queue at Haneda immigration.

Inbound on F, OWE if that matters. Happy to be proven wrong, but I’m of the view that, since the tourism boom post-COVID, JAL is knowingly selling tickets that they know will (or likely will) misconnect due to jams at Haneda immigration.
