Nor should you. I made no ascertains as to what was right or wrong content for ones personal computer. I consider my laptop to be my digital space and I can fill it up with whatever I darn well please.

Not necessarily. The government through the age at which one can watch/buy it regulates pornography. Although I do not think war movies are regulated to the extent as the adult industry, there are age requirements pertaining to who can view/rent an R or NC-17 rated film.

In the case of the ERJ, the complaint was that explicit content was being viewed in a public area. I am not saying that people should not be allowed to watch pornography on their computers/laptops/TVs and I am by no means complaining about the content on the laptop (as I said before, that is none of my business).

I guess what really frosted my cupcake was the fact that the person seemed to have little respect for his fellow passengers. There are people out there who A) can take personal offense to such material B) legally cannot view adult material. I don't think people should only watch Disney movies in public, however, I do think the Bullsom Backdoor Babes collection needs to remain in the private realm.

Whooa there! Hate the game, not the playa! Yes, I do come from a red state... in fact, I come from THE red state. But, believe it or not, I am not really a fan of the current administration (to the extent that I voted in a Blue state... a blue swing state, which did go blue in the end).
