IIRC the triple miles applied to all F/A/J/C/D/I bookings (can't find the thread with search down right now though)...and since J is 'better' than D, I'd say you should be more likely to get the bonus if that were possible

But basically you had a Club ticket and flew Club both ways, albeit with a change to the original schedule - you should still get the miles. As with all these promos, give them plenty of time for the backsweep/checks to be done and for the triple miles to post. If they still don't after the end of the promo (whenever that is?), contact the EC (or maybe the ever-helpful Lyndsay on this forum - see the sticky threads at the top) who will be able to fix this I'm sure.
