According to Brian Sumers and his Airline Observer Substack/newsletter (https://www.theairlineobserver.com/), a few changes are coming to UA and some of its key business units:

Exiting MileagePlus will be CEO Richard Nunn (formerly of Comcast) and VP of Loyalty Luc Bondar. Nunn has been in the role since mid-2023 and Bondar about a decade.

Incoming is Jarad Fisher, who will replace both with a new title of VP of Loyalty and President of MP. Fisher comes from Apple, Optum and Delta and is charged with "maximizing customer loyalty and our credit card portfolio." Notably, Vasu Raja, formerly of AA, has also been hired on a six-month assignment to run Kinective Media, reporting directly to Andrew Nocella.
