Daily Spend: $7500 (15,000 points)

Total Month Earned = 25,000 points?

If this maths out, it seems like a nice card for those with high rent/mortgage.

I have personal mortgage and office rent, and 1.0 did not allow office rent to be paid.... fingers crossed if BOTH can be paid with this new card.
Not if you are moving spend that has higher multipliers with another card. For example, your spend can be 3x with Chase Ink Preferred (CIP), so you will be getting 25k points from Bilt vs 22.5k points from CIP. Not significantly better. You also have to consider if the other Bilt benefits are worth the $400 extra in AF, and the effort to manage Bilt cash since only $100 can be carried over to the next year

And CIP has 100k SUB right now, compared to Bilt's 50k and $300 Bilt cash
