Visited the Lounge 25 today and seems like there are a few changes
- new tableware - size of the plates are slightly bigger and with a border, soup bowls are slightly larger. They are much more elegant compared to the previous canteen like tableware.
- this month(s) at the special food area is from Aalborg Denmark - meatballs are quite nice with the beetroot. They had those famous Danish sausage which seems to be a big hit
- (as reported earlier) - there's a new barista stand close to the entrance. Although sadly they are using paper cups. I am not a full coffee fan, so did not really partake.
OTOH: Very surprised this Wed afternoon - the whole of Schiphol looks like a dessert town, even in the lounge it was rather empty with lots of staff walking around looking for something to do. Maybe the post-snow effect? as I had expected people are back to work after the holiday season...
